1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a Customer, Merchant, or Vendor (Expert/Rider) on TrueServis, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Use of Services
- For Customers: You agree to provide accurate locations and pay for the services/deliveries booked through the platform.
- For Deliveries: You must not use our delivery network to transport illegal, hazardous, or restricted items. Merchants must accurately declare bill amounts and parcel dimensions.
- For Experts & Riders: You agree to maintain professional conduct and complete assigned gigs using the mandatory 2-Step OTP Verification process.
3. Communication Guidelines
Our platform provides built-in Voice & Video Calling. Users are strictly prohibited from using this feature for harassment, spam, or any unlawful purposes. TrueServis reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate this rule.
4. Payments and Fees
All payments must be processed as per the chosen payment method (Online/COD). Platform fees, Guarantee charges (if applicable), and service taxes will be clearly displayed before booking.
5. Limitation of Liability
TrueServis acts as a technology platform connecting users with independent contractors (experts/riders). We are not directly liable for the quality of the service provided by the contractor, though we enforce strict verification standards to ensure reliability.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, provide false documents, or misuse the platform.
